"This house is a fantastic as pictured and described. Gorgeous, clean, full of helpful amenities (power outlets, toiletries, etc.). Incredible views, seating areas and convenient to downtown Annapolis (15 min ish drive). This house is going on my list to recommend and stay at again. Appreciate the care and attention the hosts put into this property."

"Our night at your hotel was just fine! Room was clean. Supply toiletries, towels for the bath and kitchen were as expected, neat and plentiful. There was a creak in the bathroom door, but that is a nitpick. Coffee maker was easy to operate. Breakfast was as expected, with some delay when coffee carafe and food service trays were empty. I would go back."

"The house was much smaller then it originally appeared to be in the listing photos and what they had available was the bare minimum. The neighborhood was rowdy and there was screaming late into the night. The shower also sprayed water all over the floor and caused a massive puddle. The house was overall nice and clean but not worth the price that it was listed for. A hotel would have much better accommodated our needs. "

"The property was very nice! Very spacious and very well put together. The communication with the owners is very good and helped a lot! The home was very clean. Nice garage for parking if you have more than 1 car traveling. We enjoyed our stay! "

"This property needs some attention before it gets a higher rating. All the walls need to be painted. Also, kitchen supplies could be more plentiful. There was no hand mixer and very few food containers for leftovers. The outdoor landscaping needed more attention. The house itself is comfortable and the water view is pleasant. It would be nice is kayaks were provided since the nearest rental was several miles away and we couldn’t use the nice docking area. The outdoor patio area is pretty and we enjoyed grilling. With more attention this could be a five star rental. "
