Grand Royale Hyde Park
Our room was a “club room” which was located in the basement level - no windows and very dark. Also the fire alarm went off at 7:00 am because a guest was blow drying her hair - disappointed but good location and walkable to tube stop

Park Grand Paddington Court
I gave the overall a 1 star because it’s impossible to get hold of anyone via the switchboard or contact page on their website to get an invoice for my stay. The hotel, rooms and staff are and is really good but the contacts and communication side with the online and switchboard is terrible.
