"We have stayed here many times (maybe 10?) and it’s always been pretty good. However, we were recently there for the Luke Combs concert and it was absolutely horrible. Why? We stayed at the room at the end nearest the train tracks and the train must’ve gone by eight times. For the love of God it was horrendous. Constantly woken up and I’m a VERY heavy sleeper. This on top of the constant thumping foot falls in the room above us. Were they running a marathon?! There cannot be any insulation or sound deadening between floors. I’m still exhausted just thinking of it!"

"This is a good location, the room was clean, nice view of the city. There was a restaurant down stairs that had some really good burgers & breakfast was $9.99 per person, the breakfast was good, convenient and there was a nice variety to choose from. Heated pool was a plus. We stayed here for a graduation. Only 13 min from the airport. I would stay again "

"Well first of all Expedia screwed up and booked 2 rooms and I didn't realize it until the day of our stay and then I called and the guy at Expedia said the 1 reservation was cancelled but the other one was still good. Well we get to sonesta and both of our rooms were cancelled by Expedia. So the guy at the desk DEMENTRIE was so awesome and got our room reinstated as our daughter had a club volleyball tournament at Columbus convention center the next morning. Then he did an extra special thing for me and my family and made it so much better. He went above and beyond and the rest of the staff were awesome along with the restaurant staff. Sonesta hotel was a great experience. I highly recommend it."

"The food (breakfast buffet and restaurant) was great. The staff was lovely. We booked 10 minutes before we arrived, after leaving another unsuitable hotel. Staff was very understanding and accommodating. 12/10 would recommend. "

"Room was clean, there was a lot of garbage piled up at the trash cans. They did clean it up the next day but with only one can in the room there wasn’t anywhere to put the larger garbage items we had like food containers. The fridge also didn’t work but the beds were comfy & the staff was nice. It was also pretty quiet considering it’s right off the highway. Would stay again. "
