"The hotel was a good price and excellent experience. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We really appreciated the breakfast buffet and evening kickback. Both had enough variety of food choices. Our room was overall a good value. We had the double room with king bed and fold out sofa. Both were comfortable which was a surprise give my experience with fold outs is normally miserable due to the bars at the sections. We determined that the amenities and staff were the determine facto in us using Drury Plaza in the future."

"This was an adequate place to stay in a terrific location near the convention center and many downtown restaurants. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and furniture was all in good condition. Drapes were too small for the window, allowing a lot of light around all edges from streetlights directly outside. Our toilet did not flush well unless the handle was held down. Only one small wastebasket was provided and was pushed so far under the sink that we really had to search for it! The lobby and our room each had a strong smell like air freshener partially concealing another smell, possibly stale smoke or mildew. The advertised free coffee was available only some of the time, with no clear schedule. These were all minor issues in an overall okay experience. We would stay here again if it was the best value in the area at the time of our convention."

"Property is a bit dated and SLIGHTLY rundown. Internet was slow and not very secure, and the lighting and television were not the best but, overall sufficient to get me a decent nights rest and close enough to the Convention Center to make for a quick commute. 'Continental Breakfast' was stretching it, though. Two choices of pastries and, if you got there EARLY, a single packet of dried fruit to go with sketchy orange juice. Not a coffee drinker so I couldn't judge that."

"I recently stayed at the Westin, I have to say the staff was so friendly and warm. Every person I interacted with were truly there for top notch service. I had my dog with me so I had to take him out every couple of hours, seeing the same people and having a greeting every time I left or entered made me feel more at home. I do not think I have ever met a staff a hotel more friendly than the staff at the Westin. Everyone was so ready to help me in any way possible, and did it with a smile and enthusiasm. I felt like I knew the staff for years, or they were a long lost friend. I highly recommend staying here, and I for sure will be back."
