Aidan`s Mountainside Manor: Serene, Spacious Elegance near Adventure

This Elegant 4,200 sqft., 6 Bedroom/4 Bath Retreat is tucked away on 2 secluded acres and nestled against the Ozark Mountains. Just down from stunning Lake Dardanelle it features 2 Master Suites, Fireplaces, Living Rooms, Kitchens, and Grand Decks; housing 20 guests. While minutes from the Charming Restaurants and Shops in Russellville, and for the Adventurous, a short drive to Mt. Petit Jean, Mt. Magazine, or Mt. Nebo; offering breathtaking Waterfall Hikes and Invigorating Mt. Biking.
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency. You are welcome to text if something needs attention.

Great place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet. Close enough that’s it’s not to far away from excellent scenery and hiking. Plus if you know the area great swimming holes. This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and enough room were nobody was was tripping over one another. Excellent price as well. Will definitely consider staying there again

We rented both floors of the house. We had plenty of room for adults & kids to be together & to separate as needed. :) Rooms were spacious & very pretty & comfortable. Area was nice & quiet. Communication with owner was more successful via VRBO than by text, though cell numbers were provided by owners. Attention needed to: dishwasher downstairs, bathtub upstairs, shower curtain in walk-in shower downstairs. Overall, a good experience.

Ozarks Chapter Arkansas Native Plant Society visit to River Valley

We spent two days in the river valley, visiting Brent Baker who moved Pine Ridge Gardens started in London by Mary Ann King to Dardanelle when she retired. It was good seeing everyone, catching up and purchasing some great plants at PRG.There were enough beds and bathrooms for the group. And, the Steinway baby grand piano was really appreciated.

Overall A Great Place

Lovely location and nice furnishings. Loved having entrances to both upstairs and downstairs and close parking. Also, we enjoyed the Steinway piano. Several of us are musicians. The only negatives: The house was supposed to sleep 20 and we had 18, but still some had to sleep on sofas, which were not sleepers. That's ok, but we had trouble locating extra sheets. We only found 2, but fortunately we had brought one extra. There were way less than 20 bath towels total in the bathrooms of both floors, but the owner did send someone with additional towels the second day. Also, the main kitchen lacked enough plates and utensils for our 18. We had to move a number of items from the downstairs kitchen upstairs while trying to keep straight exactly what went where. All in all, though, we had a great time.
