I had a birthday surprise for my boyfriend at the hotel. The birthday decorations package was really beautiful. The staff are really nice, good environment and very neat room. I love everything about the hotel.

Vertus Edit Canary Wharf
Very new and clean aparthotel. Front desk is staffed 24 hrs. Great location. I had some trouble with the central “smart” controls setting off alarms and flashing lights in the middle of the night, otherwise no issues.

Aloft London Excel
Great hotel at really good value when there’s no event on, was a little disappointed to see the ‘lucky wheel’ being spun for guests checking in as I waited to check out as I’d seen it but not been offered a go - it’s a nice quirky touch. Pool is lovely area is clean and calm.
