However, the photos make it look like there are two bedrooms and more space, while in reality, there is only one bedroom and three rooms total. "The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations. "

We didn’t realize we had the pass in our phone when we arrived in Lausanne, and took an Uber from the port to the hotel. No big deal, but we could have just jumped the Metro for free if we had realized we had already received the pass."
