Received one out of two rooms on time. Second room was delayed by 45-min and then found out the bathroom was not cleaned at all with urine smell permeating through the room. After booking experience was also not optimal. Received several messages from property manager asking for 50% upfront payment inspite of booking for payment at time of checking. Could not reach property at the number listed at the Expedia booking site or the one in the email from property manager for clarification. Breakfast choice was also not of great quality.

It's a cute little place, pretty close to everything, but off the main roads so traffic noise is minimized. Above all, the staff are very nice. The food and beverage at the restaurant had many options and everything I tried was quite good. Really nice birds start singing early in the morning and continue till dusk. If you can avoid getting a room right next to the restaurant patio, it will be better. (You can hear everything from the restaurant inside your room in at Room 201.)

101 need to fix nub in bathroom. We went late check in around 1 am so we requested to change room but that time they don't have other rooms but i don't think they dont we had bad responses that your not getting refund or you cant have other room aswell..anyway it was late and i don't wanna bother my family members at that late night and i settle . Well end of the day its not what i was expecting from this Hotel.. but room are dissent .2star just because of that

Over Rated Resort

It is a small resort, with limited facilities. Next to the entrance, you could see other residential buildings. The location and surrounding environment are not so attractive. It is over rated on the app, not worth for the price paid. It should be rated 1 star hotel. The hotel room size is adequate. The bathroom is maintained clean but the condition is old and have unpleasant smells due to poor ventilation. The room is not sound proof, can hear the voice and music from other’s room guests. During the night of staying, the guests downstairs was playing music loudly until midnight, and no control by the resort staff, even after I make a complaint call. The front desk service was slow, and making mistake of not photocopying the right documents from my passport when doing check in. Need to re-do the check in. The wifi of the room was poor if far from the reception area. Luckily I was able to change to another room which near to reception area after my request. The food at restaurants was acceptable, although the fruit looked not fresh. The staff of restaurant was very helpful, prepared the packed breakfast very early in the morning as we had to leave early.

Staff is untrained and not up to the mark .. Varsha was very rude and was highly untrained... Customers are not training colleges or subjects for your untrained staff to be trained on... Cleanliness was 0... Unwashed linen with spots on Bedsheets and no water supply after 2 litres for drinking water... All services chargeable.

The property was well maintained and the rooms are spacious - I booked the superior room. There was a private area for each superior room. Food was decently priced and the taste was good. The food preparation time is longer than expected. Our food came after 45 min of ordering when the restaurant was not fully occupied.

Interior is good, however adequate training needs to be given to the Manager at Reception as he was boy aware of the check out timings. In the email it was mentioned 12 noon but he was constantly insisting to check out at 11 am. When we showed the email, then he said ok. This is an Integrity issue. Also, service is very slow. After calling twice we then get the room service. Property ambience is good but it has been made more conjusted. Pool is not properly maintained

We got a message from hotel a week before to pay 50% to retain booking instead of we have booked and got confirmation to pay at checkout by expedia. Anyways we paid the same to hotel to avoid last moment hurdles. On reaching to hotel their Manager forced us to pay the full room amount as advanced and rejected the booking terms. Even for our next two days booking full amount forced to be paid. Behaviors of manager was very rude. Expedia should clearly mention the same on their booking. About hotel : No welcome drink was given on check in. Room bed sheets were not cleaned. Service was very slow. No facility for driver stay. Veg Breakfast quality was good. But Lunch and dinner Food quality is average.

Staff was totally unprofessional and pathetic. Not up to the mark of brand name of Marriott. Bathroom drainage was overflowing while having bath. Even handwash shink was overflowing. Poor mattress on bed, bedsheet was torned from many places. WiFi password not provided. For any small requirement have to call atleast 3 time. I have never ever seen any hotel that calling you in room before 1 hour of checkout time for reminding that checkout time is near please do hurry.

Wonderful place for holiday in Lonavla

Very nice place and good value for money. As compared to other places in Lonavla, this was such a nice place to stay and with good food.

The property is quite old, doesn’t look good during the day. The surrounding is a residential colony. The view you get from your room balcony is neighbourhood houses and that too are so close that you get noise early morning. My room wasn’t clean and blanket and bed-sheet had big stains on it. Receptionatist and also most of staffs were quite dull, no greetings, no smile. Very bad experience!

Amazing stay, MUST try

The stay was really good! However, my only issue was that the receptionist needed to be a little more hospitable in terms of giving service. For example when we were leaving, no one even calendar to pick up our luggage. We had to do it by ourselves. And even though the receptionist saw us carry our bags, she didn’t send anyone to help us. However, the stay was amazing and the property is almost like a 4 star!
