"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity, wifi - very poor access. and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com. bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center."
