"We only stayed one night, wished it had been more. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had a snack with drinks, evening meal and breakfast and the food was excellent. Highly recommended. Only one negative, which won’t bother you if you are staying in the winter months, but the balcony door in our room had a very light curtains and it was daylight at 5am. Needs to be a blackout covering."

"This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional."

There are some reviews about people complaining that they no one spoke English at this hotel but that wasn’t our experience at all, the front desk did, the bartender did, the ladies at breakfast did. It was completely fine and no one was rude to us at all. The breakfast was SO good. We didn’t stay long enough to check out the spa, but it looked really nice, it’s $30 a person for 3 hours. "Stayed here during our trip to Bormio when biking stelvio pass. The hotel was really beautiful and clean. However, our room was 24 degrees, and we were incredibly hot and unable to adjust the thermostat. I asked the front desk to adjust it, but it did not make a difference. Overall, the hotel was in a convenient location with parking onsite, and the room was quiet and clean."
