"Remote place, without neighbors. But you directly have access to the slope. So in the morning after breakfast one can go directly skiing. The hut has everything needed in the kitchen, good equipped. Wooden stove works great and heat up the hut perfectly. We had no problems with electricity using the solar panels, but also we didn't used much. Warm water is a big plus. The surrounding area is great. We been with 4 kids (4-8 years). They all managed to get up to the hut from parking alone....

"The place was absolutely wonderfull. Smelled like fresh wood. Immaculate clean. With all amenities needed. Wonderful trail steps away from the front door. Walking distance to lake and 3 minutes walk to a great restaurant. Donato was a fantastic host. He came over right away when I needed and was always quick to respond. I highly recommend and will definitely come back."

Lay-out of the rooms allows for some privacy between families and/or boy/girl teenagers. - Schmitten (which is quiet by itself) as a base camp in a central location for visiting the region. - Parking available - WiFi! This is relatively important given that Switzerland is outside of EU and thus not included in our mobile phone plans (roaming). "Pros: Makkelijk parkeren. Fijne ontvangst (tip; meld je een uurtje voor aankomst even bij de eigenaren zodat ze je op kunnen wachten). Mooi 2pers.appartement met eigen ingang, goed uitgerust met infraroodsauna en keuken, relaxte bank en fauteuil, top-eethoek, grote slaapkamer en nette badkamer. En overal dichtbij in het dorp. Nadeel van het dorpje; er is geen supermarkt. Brood, melk en kwark zijn verkrijgbaar bij de bakker (die heeft op zijn Italiaans middagsluiting), maar koop vooral van...

"Relaxing and peaceful stay, street up a little challenge but doable. Very nice and helpful host who provided us with pleasant little things to eat and drink.Communication in Italian and English.Enjoyed it very much."
