"Beautiful hotel. The pool on the 8th has a sensational view. Beautiful plats, great beds and super modern, clean. Only downside for me was service. No service at all but the pool and almost made to feel like you were being troublesome to order a drink. Bar Staff / waiters on 8th floor were pretty nonchalant to be polite. On checking out you are also charged “mandatory tips” when you have to order everything yourself, walk up / down and sometimes told - “we can’t serve you, we’re preparing for dinner service (at 6pm) - pretty poor . Breakfast is fab, rooms are fab, just the poor service that’s letting the place dow ."

"Fantastic stay at Village Cabo Girao. The appartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Amazing views. Restaurant staff were welcoming and super friendly, special mention to Madalena and Maria. Food was delicious, ate twice at restaurant. Kids had a great time in the swimming pools. Tennis courts, mini golf, snooker tables, table tennis available. Plenty to do!"

"We love this property, the room, views from the room, the location, free parking, the restaurants & bars on site & especially the amazing staff! From check in to check out & all between, we had an amazing time & received top notch service. The staff was warm, friendly & gave so many great suggestions for things to do, see & where to eat. The gentlemen that runs the “Beer House” went above & beyond, he was so fun to chat with. The lady overseeing resort activities was also amazing. She made the activities so much fun. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, & the room itself comfortable & clean. The daily breakfast was plentiful & tasty. I highly recommend this resort for your stay in beautiful Porto Moniz & we personally can not wait to return. I will always choose Aqua Natura for our stay too! I can’t find one negative thing to say about this place."
