This newly built flat, in a splendid ventilated and quiet location, has a magnificent view of the sea and the Tavolara isle. It is 1 km away from the Porto San Paolo beach and the landing stage to the isle, 5 km away from the peninsula of Capocodacavallo and from the beautiful beach of Cala Brandinchi, famous for the BILBOA ads. It is well connected to the Olbia airport and port (just 20 km away) and an ideal starting point to arrange some daytrips to the Costa Smeralda (35 km), the Maddalena Archipelago (70 km), or to the Gulf of Orosei to the south.

Bellissima Vacanza

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa. Marco è stato un padrone di casa gentile che ci ha consentito un check in anticipato e un check out posticipato. La vista su Tavolara è eccezionale e la casa è ventilata e in una zona tranquillissima. Ci aspettavamo solo un po’ più di vivibilità per quanto riguarda la zona esterna: Zona abbastanza stretta per 4 persone, assenza di un pergolato quindi se piove si è costretti a stare in casa,illuminazione esterna abbastanza scarsa. A parte queste minuzie ci siamo trovati molto bene. Grazie Marco

Tutto bene, peccato solo per il divano letto!

Il proprietario Marco, in coordinamento con il fratello, è estremamente gentile e disponibile nel rispondere a chiunque si interessi al suo appartamento sito a Porto San Paolo. La posizione meriterebbe 10, solo per il fatto che la mattina, appena svegliati, si aprono le finestre spalancandosi davanti una meravigliosa vista sull'isola Tavolara e sul resto del paese (la proprietà è sita in collina, praticamente l'ultima casa di Porto San Paolo), purtroppo non posso darlo perchè nonostante tutti i pro, non esiste nessun servizio comodamente raggiungibile a piedi (supermercati, bancomat, farmacie, ecc.), è necessario prendere sempre la macchina (2 minuti e si è in paese, nessuna tragedia, ma andare a piedi è un'altra cosa). L'appartamento in sè si presenta abbastanza ordinato, ci sono abbastanza armadi per gli ospiti che la casa può ospitare e la cucina è ben fornita. Come da titolo però, ci è spiaciuto constatare solo un piccolo, ma pesante neo: il divano letto, dove il materasso molto sottile (e sporchino...) non hanno reso piacevole nè la prima impressione nè il sonno. Detto ciò, il rapporto qualità/prezzo rappresenta un punto a favore della casa. La zona è strategicissima (in 10 giorni di mare non abbiamo mai fatto più di 20 minuti di macchina, andando a vedere tutte le spiaggie e calette tra Olbia e San Teodoro), vale sicuramente molto più la pena una soluzione di questo tipo piuttosto che strapagare altre soluzioni a San Teodoro o Porto Rotondo. Consigliato!

Bien situer pour les vacances à la plage, avec belle vue sur mer. Pour le reste très déçu, à notre arrivée le ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas, difficile de bien se reposer compte tenu des températures locales dans un logement plein soleil, sachant qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. Ampoule grillée ,fuite du chauffe eau.On nous a répondu "Désoler"... Sans faire le nécessaire pour le reste de notre séjour. Il y a le strict minimum concernant l'équipement cuisine. Penser à louer le linge de maison. Pas d'isolation sonore, 2 logements vacances sur le même palier en plus du propriétaire vivant à l'étage, il faut s'accommoder de ces inconvénients. Bei der Ankunft sollte doch wenigsten Klopapier vorhanden sein. Bettwäsche und Handtücher gibt es nur gegen 15€ Aufpreis p.P. Die auf den Bildern abgebildete überdachte Terrasse, ist dem Eingentümer vorbehalten. Wenn man Mülltrennung machen soll,sollten wenigsten Mülltüten im App. sein. Das App. Ist für 5 Personen ausgelegt,dass erscheint mir etwas eng. Das App. Liegt etwas abgelegen auf einem Berg,Ein fahrbahrer Untersatz wäre empfehlenswert. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit waren OK.

La casa e la posizione è come nelle immagini quindi bella vista su Tavolara e buona posizione rispetto al centro paese. Unica pecca è l'assenza di aria condizionata ( o di ventilatori in n. sufficiente per le zone letto) e l'area pranzo esterna che è stretta per mangiare in 5 persone. In ogni caso la casa resta carina e l'esperienza positiva. I proprietari sono gentili e molto disponibili

We annoyed our staying at the apartment. The property is conveniently located. The view is fenomenal but the “patio/garden” is very run down and very dangerous for children. The apt is pretty small and the ceiling in the living room and one bedroom is pretty low. There is a steep and pretty dangerous stone-stair that gets to the apartment.

Nice apartment with a wonderful view

Marco and Sabrina were wonderful hosts and we really loved the place! First thing that struck us was the wonderful view from the apartment's small veranda with Isola Tavolara right in front of you. We enjoyed it every breakfast! The ap is situated a little outside of Porto San Paolo. Therefore it's very quiet. For who is travelling with kids, we thought it was a perfect site. We would love to come back. Porto San Paolo is a very good place to stay with everthing you need for daily purchases and so forth and it is close to a lot of wonderful places like Costa Smeralda, Golfo di Orosei and of course the multiple beaches. We especially loved the smaller ones with less people, which you can easily find between Porto San Paolo and San Teodoro. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts and we hope to see you again!

REPOS ET FARNIENTE

Le logement est trés propre conforme au descriptif spacieux et décoré simplement mais avec goût. Merçi à Marco qui nous a accueilli si tardivement car notre ferry avait du retard. L'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de Porto San Paolo dans un quartier résidentiel et trés calme, à 10 mn en voiture de nombreuses plages. On peut aussi descendre à pied le soir au village pour faire une petite marche et déguster une bonne glace. Nous recommandons cette location pour son emplacement, son calme et sa belle vue sur la mer.
