"Very disappointed with how adding an extra day played out. My wife booked it at about 11:45 when she checked in on Thursday to add an extra night and accidentally booked for a Friday in June instead of the one intended in April. I had to follow up with the hotel repeatedly over the next 5 days to cancel it (60 days in advance) but they would not provide a refund. Our mistake, but I have not had this experience anywhere else. Total lack of empathy, consideration or customer service."

"Went to check in at 6pm was told the type of room we reserved was not available. After half hour of waiting she found one. Hallways are musty n saw a bug in room Price was more than advertised Said they could not adjust price as we went thru expdia"

"The pool was great, kids loved the hot tub. Kitchen worked for big group. Table only seats 8 so we could not all sit together to eat. The layout of bedrooms was conducive to 3 families all with small children. Driveway was difficult to navigate with 4 cars. Overall we had a wonderful week!"

"Easy access to the beach and close to Juno Pier, nature board walks, and good restaurants. A clean and quiet place to stay. Only missing a can opener—which we bought and left. We hope to be back."

"This was a very lovely property. The proximity to the beach was superb. We were glad to have the beach chairs and beach towels provided (umbrella and cooler tote were also available for our use as well) The beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathrooms were insanely clean and bright! We would stay here again!"
