"This is a beautiful hotel and somewhere I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The amenities were excellent, and the pool was spotless and very well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only slight disappointment was that the room was advertised as having a balcony, whereas it actually had large windows that opened rather than a true balcony. This would be worth clarifying in the room description. The food was great, and the breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice. The staff were all lovely, friendly and very accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a really lovely stay and would happily return."

In the morning, a delicious breakfast was served in the dining room. Eurie was at the desk in the morning and provided very helpful tips about where to visit in Kranj as well as how to get to our next destination."
