Ponderosa Cabin is a secluded cabin on a hilltop with a half a mile driveway. PLEASE Drive a all wheel or four wheel drive vehicle from December to Macrch in case it snows .It's located 1 mile and 8/10s from Old Man's Cave State Park in Hocking Hills(1 mile hike through the property)Enjoy our 2-bedroom, one bath cabin with an electric fireplace. 50" tv with satellite and antenna channels along with wireless internet. Full kitchen with cooking utensils and tableware. Enjoy the 6-person hot tub on large, covered porch with outdoor furniture. Fire ring and gas grill with large yard. WE ALSO HAVE TWO OTHER CABINS ON THE PROPERTY /STARR VALLEY AND DAKOTA TRAIL ,BOTH ARE SIMULAR IN SIZE BUT CLOSER TO THE PARK off Sr 664 . All the guests enjoy the seclusion ,privacy and large area for children and pets . $50.00 pet fee per stay, don't forget to check ✅ the box .(click the box that says Travelers,then the pets 🐕 box comes up .

Perfect Location, great little cabin

Perfect place to get away and very close to all the area hiking attractions. Our dog enjoyed the huge field to run around on. Host was responsive and helpful.We will definitely book this location again!

The Ponderosa was the perfect spot for a weekend away. Secluded, lots of wildlife, a trail near to cabin, hot tub was perfect after hiking all day!

Perfect for Girl’s Weekend Getaway

My daughter and I met up at the cabin for a long weekend of trails, coffee shops, the winery, and puttering around. The weather didn’t cooperate, but we were very comfortable and excellently located. The cabin owners checked on us when the power went out due to storms and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent family and wonderful property for this trip!

Relaxing getaway

Very quiet an beautiful watched the deer in the evening and morning had a few things that made the stay even nicer Loved the hot tube an popcorn. The host Hanna went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable an it was close to many of the attractions an things we wanted to do loved it

Excellent Stay

My wife and I and 2 dogs enjoyed our stay. Cabin was perfect, we enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking and cabin had everything we needed. Very close proximity to hiking trails and lots of room on property for the dogs. We would stay again.
