We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was very clean and had all we needed. Only thing was the propane was completely empty so we had to go get a new tank in order to grill. We did not get the code for the door to get in but the host was very responsive when I messaged him about it!! Highly recommend.

the cabin felt very cozy but could use a handful of refreshments on the place.
The cabin was extremely cozy and home feeling. Was very close to the hiking trails. A couple of the complaints we had was the grill did not work, which was one of the things we were excited to use as we brought out own food to cook. Along with the oven had a horrendous smell coming from it after it’s been turned on. The loft bed was extremely uncomfortable. The tv speakers seemed to be blown out so we couldn’t watch tv. There is a squirrel living/stuck in the attic.

Dirty and uncomfortable; a party house, not a family getaway.
The cabin looked so beautiful when we pulled up, I was incredibly disappointed to find how dirty and neglected the inside was. Filthy blankets, couches and chairs made it uncomfortable to relax in the cabin. Seriously damaged cookware and a broken grill left us eating out for nearly every meal. It is sad because the cabin has great bones and the location was beautiful. Too bad.

quaint, cozy, and conveniently located!
Admittedly a little hard to find for the first time in the dark, the cabin code piece and the lock are a little finnicky but once you figure it out, the cabin inside is very cozy and clean. The layout was pleasant and the location for a trip to Hocking Hills was really ideal.
The hot tub was clean and worked well, the beds are comfortable and the overall space is welcoming.
Made for a great stay!

We had a great time. Home was not equipped with all we expected. The area was very nice and easy access to the home.
I have no quarrel with this property until its time for bed. The matresses in this rental are horrid. They are so hard and uncomfortable my back is still aching. And they are so tiny. I think maybe a full size. Linens are ancient. Im glad I only booked for one night because there is no way I could make it another. A little investment there would go a long way.
It wasn't the greatest cabin, but I thought that it was worth the price. It's super close to the state forrest.

Overall, this place looks dingy, but I can’t say it was dirty. It just was outdated and not kept up well. I will say that it was on the cheaper end, so that is understandable. The kids did loved the hot tub and said the couches were comfortable. It was very dark in there, not much lightning. It worked for the night though. I don’t regret booking it.
There was part of a condom packet on floor by bed in upstairs bedroom hot tub was nice but small for amount of people to stay at this place the couch’s could be more comfortable you are he proud with towels and washcloths overall a nice cabin

I feel good about my stay
I loved everything about my stay. Only complaints I'd have is the bedroom on the first floor smelt like cigarette smoke. That's why I gave cleanliness a 3. All of my other 3 ratings is due to me not having any contact with said thing I'm rating so I gave it a 3 to be neutral. I plan on coming back and recommending these cabins to others!
Was a nice little cabin for the small price paid! There is a neighboring cabin down the hill a little bit but it was over all secluded & quiet! Comments prior talk about a junk yard near, yes there was at the front of the property but still was a ways from the road the cabins sit on. Would definitely stay again! Only little issue we had were squirrels or raccoons in the roof or the vents, sounded like they had somebody’s hiking boots on. Lol
Overall great experience. Would definitely reccommend. Hot tub was hot and clean. Very quiet and peaceful. Internet worked great and all the tv options were really. A plesent suprise. The animal living in the ceiling that enjoyed playing tag at night was a little hard to sleep through. Lots of cookware present, nice selection of pots and pans, a couple baking sheets. Only real complaint (besides the ceiling roommate) would be it needed swept before we came, several dog hair balls in open spots and old mud clumps across the floor. Just could see it needed swept as soon as you walked in. But easy fix for us.

Worse property I have stayed at in Hocking Hills
We were greeted by a over flowing dumpster as well as a very large amount of trash bags pilled against the dumpster. The steps had not been cleared of ice. The cabin was old and out dated An kind of dirty. there was a pare of vice gripes to turn on and adjust the water in the shower . the steps into the hot tube were a sheet of ice. I have stayed at 5 or 6 different cabin groups in Hocking Hills this was by far the worse!!!

Incredibly Underwhelmed
Was the cabin livable? Yes. Was it enjoyable? No. Every single thing in the cabin needs updated, dusted, and mopped, because I am positive none of that has happened in years. Horrible sleeping arrangements with lackluster or creepy decor, holes in doors and beaten walls/trim, and incredibly slippery stairs to the cabin made it overall pretty depressing. My friend who stayed with us even slipped on the unsealed wood stairs that are covered in slippery algae-like film and bruised her arm pretty bad. The only positive was the hot tub and location were nice enough. I learned my lesson, pay a bit more and stay somewhere that at least compares to an average motel. It is not worth the money.

Great Cabin, Scary Neighbors
Don't take any pics of the junk yard down the road. They get really ticked off. Also they fired off a few shots at 1 am in the morning. Don't know what they were shooting at. But heard the shots loud and clear. The cabin and area is beautiful. Had a really nice stay, but the neighbors down the road, scary.
