Beautiful place and exactly as described! Very clean and had everything we needed. Will be back soon! Ashley was phenomenal, very attentive and responded to all questions very fast.
We had a wonderful stay that will forever be in our memories. Lots of beds. Plenty of outdoor space to relax after a long day of riding. The owners were very quick to respond to any and all questions. So happy we chose to be a guest at their home.
This was our 6th Woods ridding trip. This was the only year our stay was exactly as it was listed. We had no issues with the listing, check in, or space and cleanliness. Plenty of parking and room for everyone to sleep and relax comfortably. If we return to Buffalo Mountain in the future we will definitely be booking here again.
Was a super nice clean place we enjoyed the outdoor pavilion and fire pit. The reason for the 4stars on the location is we had 22’ trailers and it was tough getting them up the hill. A single trailer would have been a breeze. Ashley replied super quickly on any txt I sent her.

This was a great place for me & friends to stay while in the area to ride SXS trails.
Great access to Buffalo Mountain Trail and 12 miles to Devil Anse Trail.
We did not receive access code & could not get into the home.
We were very lucky the basement door was not locked:)
Stayed at Ashley’s hilltop retreat with a group of 7 quad/SXS/dirt-bike riders and it was phenomenal. Easy access to and from all the trails. The house and outside areas are great for chilling and cooking.
Ashley is an excellent host on all levels and is a call or text away at all times. Uncle Larry was great to us and was always there for us if we were low on wood.
If you’re looking for a great place to Ride the H&M trails, stay at a great home with super accommodating hosts, this is your place.
Thank you, Ashley!!
There were 11 of us there to run the buffalo mt trail system. Before we arrived Ashley had reached out to see when we were going to arrive, she was available to answer any questions. The house was clean and had no issues. We had 3 trucks and trailers and had room. There is a covered outdoor area that was our main place to hang out. The trail access is a quarter mile up the road and well located in the trail system. We would definitely recommend this house.
Great place for families with kids of all ages. The host, Ashley was incredible!! We made some really great memories together here with 9 family members from 3 to 73 and will come back again.
Nice place to stay if you're looking to ride the trails. Ride right from the home to the trails. Owners were extremely hospitable and easy to get in touch with. Our family had a great time and will definitely be back!
If you have a trailer over 25 foot it is very tight to get up to the place/near impossible. Once you get there you ask for anything better. The lady was so nice and very clean.
Ashely was amazing to work with! The property was exactly as described. Very nice clean home! Perfect location for accessing Hatfield McCoy trails! Highly recommend.
Very nice place and tho is the 2nd year we stayed. I wish the cleaning lady would have checked to make sure there was toilet paper, soap and other things but we contacted the host and she did bring us 2 more rolls of toilet paper. We did have to go purchase more ourselves and I will be more prepared next time but we will probably stay again.
We appreciated how responsive and thorough the property owner was in addition to the hospitality. The place was prefect for our group, we were able to park several trailers, had ample room to accommodate hanging out, and had a phenomenal experience.
