"We had a wonderful time sightseeing in the area visiting Harrison, Coeur d'Alene and Wallace. The lake, with a swimming dock, is a 5 minute drive from the cabin. We spent a lot of time outside on the covered decks enjoying the beautiful garden, a "hummingbird haven"! Hot tubbing under the stars in the moonlight was also wonderful. The cabin has many modern updates and comfortable beds. We definitely will be coming back again! "

"We had an amazing time at the lake house!! It was perfect for our three families, eight of us total. My husband and I have stayed in CdA previously and this was by far the best location. Being on the lake situated within the bay made it perfect for water activities. Our kids had a blast fishing off the dock (they caught fish & turtles!) and the calm waters were ideal for kayaks, paddle boarding, and the paddle boat. We loved that all equipment was provided, it was so amazing to just have everything you could possibly want! The adults enjoyed the view from the deck, the adirondack chairs, and the beach area. We saw bald eagles and osprey every day. The huge lawn was awesome for badminton, corn hole and other lawn games (everything, of course, provided!). The bedrooms on the main and upper level were very comfortable; the only thing that might have made it better would be for the upstairs loft bedroom to perhaps be more private (side note: that bed is really high up off the ground - probably more difficult for me to get into because I’m just over 5’ tall. Lol). The kids loved the basement with bunk beds. Our hosts were wonderful, checking in and at one point stopping by to take care of some light bulbs that had gone out. We honestly could not have chosen a better house for our family vacation. 10/10 would recommend!!"

"We had a nice time at this property. The home is about a 20 minute drive from the town of Coeur d’Alene so I suggest shopping and picking up groceries before you head to the house. It’s an older house, but it was very clean and the location on the lake is wonderful. The one suggestion I would make to the property owners would be to add a few inexpensive amenities that would’ve been really nice like coffee filters, coffee, a few throw blankets and some games. There is also very slow Internet. We were not able to do much work because the Wi-Fi was so slow. We got to meet the property owner and he was great!"

"We stayed 4 days, and it’s a beautiful spot to relax. It’s a lovely property, and the amenities were as advertised. The Queen and twin mattresses could use improvement, and the lack of curtains on the lower level leads to 5am wakeups due to sunlight. The Venetian blinds present just aren’t up to the task. Some of the deck chairs are in need of repair, and one is nearly broken through. Overall, a lovely way to get away from the heat, and breathtaking views of Rockford Bay made this a family vacation that will be a treasured memory."
