The room was a bit too noisy. We can hear the noises coming from the streets. We got a issue with the bathroom (bathtub and toilet clogged). We had to call the reception and they sent someone right away to fix the problem. We appreciate. Everything else was good.

PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
Staff are nice but I didn’t get my hotels.com F&B credit and the water dispenser on my floor was broken meaning I had to go up and down each time I needed to get water.

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
Decent stay in NYC. Very good location right in Times Square. Staff was awesome. Room very small. Breakfast good but crowded - extra space downstairs was a find. Like most NYC hotels, way overpriced for how nice it is. But our stay was good.
