LES CAMELIAS ***

Lovers of Brittany, welcome to Loctudy!

A small fishing port in the Pays Bigouden—come and relax for a week or longer at our house in Loctudy!

2 km from the village, 4 km from Pont l’Abbé, and 2 km from the beaches—enjoy the coastal trails near the house.

Les Camélias can accommodate up to 4 people.

The house is detached, set in an 850 m² fenced-in garden with trees.

Ground floor:

- Fully equipped and furnished separate kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, range hood, complete set of cookware, ample dishes, etc.)
- Living room, TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi internet access, access to international channels, fireplace,
- Closet/wardrobe with vacuum cleaner.

Back to top:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed (160), closet, wardrobe, double-glazed windows, electric shutters
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, closet, double-glazed windows, electric shutters
- Shower room with toilet, cabinets.
Bed linens and towels are provided; beds are made upon arrival,
Baby equipment available upon request (cot and high chair).

In the outbuilding:
- Washing machine and dryer available,
- Extra freezer and refrigerator for your seafood!

Exterior:
Private fenced-in yard, private parking, patio furniture, grill, umbrella, lounge chair, deck chair.
Bicycles available—you won’t be doing the Tour de France on them, but they’ll get you to the beaches or the supermarket.

Cleaning package (done by me): 80 € (COVID protocol)
Tourist tax: 0.90 €/person/night
Our four-legged friends are welcome: 10 €/day (TO BE PAID ON SITE)

Starting in October 2022, water (€5/m³) and electricity (€0.25/kW) will be charged separately based on usage—payable on site
