Agence Cocoonr offers you, in Locmariaquer, this charming apartment, with wifi, with a surface area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor of a house (no elevator), you'll have a lovely 28 m² living room, equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 250 m². Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)

Please note: the house is divided into two apartments: Le Haut du Nelud and Le Bas du Nelud... both can be rented individually or in groups. Ideal for families or groups of friends.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
