"Location just 10 minutes drive from Stirling was great, space for two cars! Kitchen was a good size and living/dining space was welcoming. A lot of recommendations/information for things to do. Very detailed welcome folder. We were three couples and one of the room only had twin beds, but we made it work. Two en-suite bathrooms were very appreciated. Very easy communication with owners when we had a couple of questions. Would highly recommend."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend anyone booking if interested in visiting the quaint little historic town of Kippen, which is perfectly located for visits to Stirling (we were there for a wedding in Stirling), Bridge of Allen, Dunblane, Doune, Loch Lomond, and the surrounding areas. The cottage has a comfortable bed, two nice bathrooms, a relaxing den, fully stocked kitchen, and a gorgeous small back yard with amazing views of the country side. Also located next door to Cross Keys Pub with delicious meals and a small grocery across the street with extremely kind owners. If visiting the area do not pass on this VRBO!"

"Our stay was only for one night, small Inn only 4 rooms, our room was very spacious and clean, tv did not work, bar area was fine, drinks were good, we had opted to eat in the restaurant, food choice was plentiful, we had steak pie and sausages and mash, food was hot and very tasty, break fast was included, 2 x full scottish breakfast, tea and coffee, haggis was not to our taste, and the toast looked like it had 30 seconds in the toaster (warm bread) asked for it to be better toasted and came back looking like even warmer bread, overall very nice inn, bar staff, and food was excellent would stay again."
