"We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderfully charming and quiet guesthouse set in a breath-taking landscape that made us feel like were residents of the village! The breakfast is simple, but tasty, and you pick it up and bring it to your room. I especially enjoyed the kitchenette, which made it possible to do some hand laundry. There was a laundry rack in the room. The hostel and Taverna restaurants were delicious fine eating surprises within walking distance. All in all, a memorable stay, and we would highly recommend it!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Rock Star Hotel - would recommend. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had the Kurt Cobain room. There is a communal space across from your rooms where you can get coffee / water / Coke etc (one euro) and looks out at lovely view. Breakfast through the hatch was a complete novelty and we loved it!! This is a fun hotel - something different - we would stay again! "

"The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms."

"Fantastic experience in a great place, and restaurant. I want to highlight that, in particular, my wife (who is celiac) enjoyed her time considering the special care and the way that she was protected by the place’s owner through a special menu prepare to her. Casa Rural Vilaboa, thank you very much. For sure we will return."

"there was nothing we liked... the foto made one think it was in a green location. it was sqeezed in between other hotels, on a very steep hill, very narrow street reception is in bmt. staff was unfriendly, room was like a cell, window opened untoa roof and walk way, so we could not sleep w. open window... address is wrong, the place is in Geres which is a town 27 km further east, we had to backtrack after we got to the town that is noted on the reservation, which is act. the district for the entire area... lots of steps because it s built into the hill side so diff for people w poor knees or luggage to drag... do not recommend it.."

"A hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us and the dog. The room was a good size and had a balcony with a hammock and lake view. The breakfast was good, with freshly cooked eggs. The food in the evening was a bit limited; only one choice of a main meal but there were numerous bar snacks and sharing platters. Not really a problem though, as there was a restaurant 5 minutes walk down the road. In all a very enjoyable stay"
