"This hotel is beautiful and the New Year's Eve party was fun. We probably would not choose an All-Inclusive property again because the drinks tasted like they were 'cutting corners' (using saccharin instead of sugar) and the food felt a bit 'mass produced' as well. Beautiful pool and clean property though.....and right on the beach."

"Overall, it is very family friendly. They have kids section in the buffet with fries/ chicken fingers etc, high chairs, plastic plates. Kid's club always opens with kids activities ongoing. I am happy to go again with my two young kids if there is any good deals available. "

"Brought my boyfriend for his 60th birthday. We had already visited the Westin in November last year and were very pleased. I asked for and paid for a higher floor room with ocean view for his 60th birthday. We had already visited the Westin in November last year and we’re very pleased. I asked for and paid for a higher floor room with ocean view. I was in room 916. The ocean view was obstructed by the building right next to us and a big wall. Boyfriend was also disappointed that the breakfast buffet was closed as well as the beach bar. We will give it one more chance in May and see if it’s any better when it turns into an all-inclusive property the staff were excellent very very nice room very very clean Lorena our housekeeper was excellent and very nice pool was clean. The property is beautiful."
