"A home from home! A tasteful and very welcoming semi-detached cottage that is in a great spot to explore Snowdonia and the North Wales coast. A spacious lounge with open large kitchen area, lots of cooking equipment (but no egg cups) and a lovely wood burner for toasty nights in. All seemed recently decorated (stayed end-Sept '24) and easily could sleep a family/group of eight. Careful parking possible on corner directly outside property, with Cross Foxes pub (serving food + takeaway) around 50m away and local Premier convenience shop (including small Post Office) about 250m from the house. All in all, a quiet and relaxing place to be based, clean cosy and comfortable - we look forward to another visit!"

"The cottage is spacious, with a big kitchen and cosy lounge. There are lots of bed options and towels provided. Unfortunately, very basic items like cloths (for cleaning surfaces), dishwasher tablets, and teatowels are not provided, making it difficult to keep everything clean during the stay. In addition, the heating is inadequate, with the thermostat only on at fixed times and the space quickly getting cold again. Thankfully, there were mobile heaters that we were able to keep on in the evenings and during the night."

"The view was spectacular, especially as there was a moorland fire opposite one night which glowed for a few hours. The night sky was also spectacular. I haven;t seen so many stars and planets for decades. It was worth visiting for that alone. Very well organised for dogs especially the deck. Lovely and warm and cosy and heating easy to use. Needs instructions for the cooker though, Drive along the road going up the hill at the back of the village if you like remoteness. You really are in the middle of nowhere. Harlech beach as beautiful as ever and Plas Cafe in Harlech a great viewpoint, Will be back"

"There are no shops nearby unless you have a car. Very secluded area perfect for a weekend getaway from laptops! The hosts are very responsive."

"Sue and Mike were the perfect hosts from the minute we stepped into their amazing home Our room was so comfortable and cosy and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay In the morning we had a wonderful breakfast prepared by Mike and we all had a good chat over the breakfast table Nothing was too much trouble for Sue and Mike and I’m so excited to be going back in a few weeks See you soon x"

"A lovely cabin in a absolutely stunning location, with access to many nature reserves and beautiful places in the area around the cabin. The cabin itself is a lovely, small cabin in a great location. No issues with the location or the cabin whatsoever and I would definitely recommend it to others, especially for one-two people. Overall I can not fault my stay here and I would definitely come here again in the future."
