Very disappointed and misleading

When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing.

Erreurs de débutants!

Avant notre arrivée à Palma, nous n'avions pas eu de nouvelles du propriétaire jusqu'au jour de notre départ. Avec l'aide d'Abritel, nous avons enfin été contacté par le propriétaire, qui nous a informé que l'annonce initiale était incorrecte et nous a envoyé une nouvelle annonce ne correspondant pas à nos critères. Nous avons insisté sur l'importance des 2 chambres et avons pris notre vol après avoir reçu la confirmation que l'appartement initialement choisi était disponible, mais à une autre adresse. Nous nous sommes rendus à l'adresse indiquée (à 20 minutes de Palma), mais 3 minutes avant notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a dit de retourner à Palma pour récupérer les clés. Une fois sur place, nous n'avions pas le numéro de porte et plus de réponse, nous avons donc essayé les clés au hasard. À l'intérieur, forte odeur de tabac masquée par du parfum, saleté générale, urine sur la lunette et pipi de chat derrière la porte, chaussette sous le canapé, cendres de cigarette au sol et dans les tiroirs, crasse sur les interrupteurs, etc. Je pense que l'appartement a été vidé en urgence sans être nettoyé. Après 3 heures de ménage et l'utilisation d'un spray anti-odeur, l'appartement restait inachevé mais montrait un certain potentiel et offrait un cadre agréable. Nous étions les premiers hôtes de ce propriétaire, il doit encore apprendre à être disponible plus tôt et à être honnête avec ses hôtes. Nous aurions pu comprendre la situation, trouver un arrangement et être moins déçus.
