Great place

Great place to stay, easy to get to even if in the city center. Parking on site is a bonus. Staff very helpful. Only issue we had was that the Wifi coverage is pretty poor.

My first room had permanent stains in the tub, the blanket was ripped and had stains, part of the closet door was missing, there was a leak from the ceiling that dripped all night and created a puddle of water on the floor, and the room lacked all basic amenities, including a glass for water. The next day, the lock to the door stopped working. I had to wait at the hotel 2.5 hours before they could clean a different room and allow me to move into that one. That room was cleaner (although it had a huge crack in the wall), but the air conditioner didn't work on a day when the high reached 37 degrees Celsius (98 degrees Fahrenheit). It made for a long and uncomfortable night. Additionally, there is no way to lock the door from the inside, which meant that on two different occasions, hotel staff unexpectedly entered my room while I was in it! And while I believe they entered innocently thinking the room was empty, it was very uncomfortable to know that people could enter the room at any moment and without warning. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

La habitación estaba descuidada, nos tocó en el piso 3, la pintura se estaba despegando, los roda pies igual, podría ser humedades no sólo descuido. Es una hab muy pequeña y los grifos y tuberías de las han de al lado se oían mucho. Nada insonorizados ni con el interior del pasillo ni con las hab de los lados Para el precio pagado esperaba una mejor calidad.

L'hotel est relativement bien situé à 15-20mn des principaux sites et de la rue commercante. Le pzrsonnel est agreable. La chambre familiale pour 4 personnes était propre mais par contre il se dégageait une odeur permanente dz renfermé et d'humidité, pas très agréable quand on rentre . Le lit 2 personnes avait un matelas à ressort, pas top niveau confort. Au final c'est hotel est bien pour passer une nuit.

Incomprensible que en la recepcion del hotel no me atiendan en catalan o castellano. Unicamente en ingles. Al igual que el serbicio de habitaciones que solo hablava ingles. Hablo ingles xo en mi pais creo que tendrian que tener unos minimos!

Perfecto . Cómodo y bien situado. Calidad/precio.

Todo perfecto. Aparcamiento en el hotel. Amabilidad en la recepción y buena explicación para indicarnos los puntos de interés para visitar. La habitación muy bien. Espaciosa y con camas cómodas. Buen baño con bidé incluido y buena ducha. Buen aire acondicionado. Hemos estado con 40° y en la habitación se estaba perfectamente. Cercano a restaurantes en la parte nueva y a unos 10 o 15 minutos del Castillo y la Seu. Muy buena calidad precio.

Expérience assez mitigée. La chambre avait été rénovée, mais il restait pas mal de détails bâclés. La salle de bain était franchement vieillotte, avec une baignoire abîmée qui s’écaillait. Le sol avait l’air propre au premier abord, mais sous les lits et dans les coins, il y avait des moutons de poussière et des miettes. J’avais mis le panneau “ne pas déranger” et demandé à la femme de ménage de ne pas faire la chambre, mais elle a quand même été nettoyée pendant mon absence... Le parking coûte 14,90 € la nuit, mais il n’y a pas de barrière, juste une surveillance. Enfin, si jamais vous avez besoin d’un remboursement, bon courage. Le personnel à la réception est sympa, mais pour régler un souci, c’est vraiment complexe.

Alojamiento mediocre y con mala suerte en la estancia. No funcionaba el mando de la tele (aunque lo resolvieron) y la wifi era lenta y se paraba cada poco. La limpieza de los armarios lamentable y ni siquiera estaban vestidos por dentro. Pintura antigua en pareces y techos, con alguna que otra mancha de humedad. Al ir a dormir comprobé que no había persiana ni cortina oscurecedor en la ventana, por lo que pedí que me diesen una solución porque soy de los que no pueden dormir con luz. Finalmente tuve que volver a hacer el equipaje y cambiar de habitación a las 11 de la noche, a una habitación con colchones antiguos y finitos de los que notas las lamas del somier. El baño no tenía ni toalleros ni un simple colgador donde poner la ropa. Un alojamiento muy lejos del precio que pagué por él, muy parecido al del NH de Lleida (4 estrellas). No volveré, eso seguro, y te recomiendo que tampoco lo hagas.

Viaje de negocios a Lleida

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de bares y restaurantes para salir a cenar. Aunque tiene parking propio, pudimos aparcar en la calle (es zona azul, pero se puede pagar con la app). Se ve que el hotel ha sido reformado y el estilo de las habitaciones está renovado. Cómodo y acogedor.
