"Property was very spacious, it was nice having an extra living space/games room for the kids to play on their console. Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Lovely surroundings and close to Snowdon. Quiet, even though on a reasonably busy road. "Great hotel, with excellent amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff team. Gorgeous food. Room with outstanding views. Saw Herons on the water from our room and Conwy castle. Access to waking into Conwy. Spa facilities very good, although pool would benefit from being larger as very busy so unable to swim. Would stay again :)"

"We were surprised to find that guests have to pay an additional fee for parking. The building is quite old, so the ventilation wasn’t great and the room felt quite stuffy. Even though it was already the end of August, the room still felt quite warm and poorly ventilated. At night, there was also quite a lot of noise coming from the hotel kitchen downstairs, which was quite disturbing. Apart from these points, the staff were all very nice and friendly."
