Charming and updated historic house with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our stay and host Ambre was attentive and thorough.
Very clean and relaxing, hot tub was amazing!
Did not like the food at joes bar in the square, would not recommend eating there. Overall place was really nice!

A gem in Llano. It is a wonderful property. Everything felt warm and welcoming. Place was immaculate. We loved the porch. Host is so accomodating. We will return.
We stayed at the Ratliff. First impressions can be deceiving. Inside is beautiful!!! When you first see it you might think hmmm, but when you get inside you’ll be amazed!! The cottage is immaculately cleaned, the bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect. We will be staying there again!!
The location is perfect! You’re within walking distance to shops, restaurants & fun bars. We stayed in the Ratliffe & absolutely loved the screened in back porch :)
Lauren and Irene were kind and easy to communicate with. This property was absolutely perfect for my wife and I . So clean and thoughtful ! Can’t wait to come back !
This property was very well kept and the manager was attentive to our every need. The room design was artfully/tastefully done including everything from bedding to bathroom amenities.
