"It's was an experience we wanted, to stay in a castle. The Ruthin Castle has a ton of history. It's a bit run down but I guess that could be the charm. The bathroom was beautiful, the rooms (bedroom and living room) were large. Overall, the place seemed quiet and dark. There is not a lot to do in Ruthin. The staff was nice and the room was clean."

"Lovely hotel, great position for visiting Llandudno. Beautiful breakfast, lovely friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom could do with a good update. Room 6 bathroom was small, beautiful sea views. A little updating of property would be good. But other than these things we had a lovely few days."

"First time to this beautiful hotel we will be back. Staff friendly & very helpful. While we was there we had an evening meal which was delicious. Car park at the back of the hotel was brilliant plenty of spaces. Nice walk to the water front which is only a short walk."

"Lodges. And the entire resort was immaculately clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was great. Spa and leisure was brilliant. Overall had a lovely stay, would highly recommend and will be returning in the summer!"
