The Space

Mulfran is a calm, contemporary cabin where clean architectural lines meet natural textures, set within the Anglesey countryside. The interior feels modern and relaxing, with carefully framed views and an open layout.

Inside, you’ll find a king-size bed, air conditioning and underfloor heating, and a compact kitchenette with a one ring hob, suited to light meals, leisurely breakfasts and relaxed dining — with the barbecue ideal for evening cooking.

The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower with luxury fittings, designed for comfort and simplicity.

Large windows bring natural light into the space and connect the interior with the surrounding landscape.



Wellness

After beach days or mountain walks, soak in the wood-heated hot tub, then enjoy the sauna and cold shower — a restorative end to active days.



Guest Access:

The cabin is set within the Y Glyn Estate and is accessed on foot from the main car park.

The cabin has one designated parking space. From the car park, a path leads up to the cabin. Continue along the path past the Bothy to reach the cabin area.

Please note that the walk includes an incline with a handrail for support and may not be suitable for guests with certain mobility or access requirements.

Anglesey is known for its unspoilt coastline, open landscapes and slower pace of life, much of it protected as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The island boasts a rich diversity of plant and animal life, and its famed Coastal Path circles the shoreline, revealing clifftop walks, quiet coves and wide sandy beaches at every turn.

 

Nearby highlights include:

- Llanddwyn Beach (Newborough Forest) – sweeping sands, pine forests, and iconic views

- Rhosneigr – surfing, kitesurfing, and a lively coastal feel

- Red Wharf Bay – expansive tidal views and calm waters

The island is a playground for water lovers, with kayaking, paddle boarding, coasteering, sailing, rib rides, and wild swimming all easily accessible.

Historic Beaumaris is a short drive away, while Snowdonia National Park lies just across the bridge, offering dramatic mountain scenery, lakes, and hiking routes including Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon).

Menai Bridge is only 10 minutes away for cafés and dining, and Llangefni supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

 

The Y Glyn Estate

Y Glyn is conveniently located near Llangefni, a market town and Anglesey’s cultural capital. Set within four acres of beautiful untouched land, the farm estate is home to a Welsh stone Cottage, stone Bothy and the mirrored cabins.

- No parties allowed

- No smoking or vaping indoors

- No overnight visitors

- No loud music.

- No naked flames inside or outside the houses (other than bbq and fire pit area).

Pet Policy

We’re pleased to welcome one well-behaved dog per stay.


A £25 pet fee applies to allow for additional cleaning and care.
