This property has recently been completely refurbished by the owner. It is located less than 5 minutes walk to Llandudno sea front. You can walk out the door and take a stroll along Llandudno's beautiful promenade.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and bathroom all on the ground floor. It also has the benefit of a private enclosed patio at the rear. Please NOTE there is limited height the over bath shower.

Pets are allowed but an extra fee will be charged at£30 per pet per stay.

Walk along the promenade end enjoy all the delights that Llandudno has to offer, Victorian pier, tram and cable car, shops and more

Carmen Sylva road is at the quieter end of the promenade. The sea front is less then 5 minutes from the front door

There is free on street parking outside and in the surrounding areas of the property.
There is a bus stop right outside the front entrance and Llandudno Train station is only 5 minutes drive away.
There is shops and cafe's on your doorstep.
