Bien exposé

Logement très bien équipé, intérieur agréable, climatisé, belle salle de bain, cuisine pratique, grande terrasse. A certaines heures de la journée, il y a beaucoup de bruit dû à la circulation ( la route côtière est en contre-bas), il n'y a pas de place de parking attitré au logement donc des difficultés pour se garer, parfois très loin du logement.

Hay cosas que se pueden mejorar

La limpieza era escasa, cojines sucios, suelo sin barrer ni fregar, cristales sucios... Los colchones de la cama i del sofa-camà se tendrian que cambiar, estan muy viejos y no te permite descansar bien... Se oye mucho el ruido de la carretera principal y de la carretera de la entrada al apartamento, también se oye mucho a los vecinos, ruidos de las sillas, como hablan, reirse... y esto no te permite descansar bien. Nos lo pensaremos de volver a alquilar este apartamento para proximas veces.

Bel emplacement et bonnes prestations

Appartement propre, bien agencé et correctement meublé. Bien équipé (TV, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge,...). Très beau point de vue sur la plage et la mer. Proche du littoral. Stationnement aisé dans la rue.

Ensemble très agréable terrasse et vue sur la mer super Literie confortable ,salle de bain fonctionnelle ,rideau de douche à changer Cuisine bien ,fonctionnelle équipement conforme à une location Vaisselle un peu vieillotte Attention problème de vaisselle pas très propre Mais pas sepcifique à cette location Problème fréquent dans les location en france comme en Espagne

Appartement très agréable, mais...

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce ; il est très lumineux, spacieux. La vue du balcon est grandiose ; petit bémol pour le bruit incessant de la route en contrebas. Jolie crique de galets très proche et, donc, accessible à pied. Par contre, ne cherchez pas le parking à proximité car il n'existe pas! Seul possibilité pour se garer, le stationnement sauvage le long de la route.
