"The property manager was responsive and kind when we could not get the key out of the security box. The cottage was a wonderful old place and was very comfortable in most respects. Great location for visiting every direction of Snowdonia. Missing were some basic necessities that surprised us: no dish soap (of any kind), and no sugar or pepper in the kitchen.
