I didn’t want to leave. Jan is a delightful host and the property so clean, well located and has everything you need. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed 4 day stay here. With a car is convenient to Mt Snowden railway and various areas of northern Wales. Had a comfortable but slightly cramped room, very clean and quiet. A highlight was the great food and good - breakfast and dinner. Staff very friendly and attentive.

We stayed here for 2 nights, we wish we'd booked for longer on our trip around Wales. Great central location for trips to Conwy, Anglesey, Caernafon, Zip World & Eryri National Park. The included breakfast was good and our room was absolutely beautiful and very spacious with lovely views. The windows all open wide so plenty of fresh air. Beautiful location in middle of farming area. The guesthouse is roomy, well-maintained and the hosts are friendly & helpful. Breakfast is hearty & a must. While lunch & dinner are not provided, the guesthouse is close to the village of Criccieth township as well as the Goat Inn in the other direction.

If you are looking for a special place to stay while touring Wales, this is the place to go.

Very comfortable, friendly and good value!

It was heavenly. Perfectly located in the centre of town and close to everything. The room possessed the charm of the old building but with modern luxuries. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast set you up for the day. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else the next time I visit.

This was a great place to stay - a lovely home/guest house with very friendly owner/managers and a healthy packed breakfast when we set out early.

nice warm owner. lovely room good price. convenient location . well done.

What a lovely place to stay - location, ambience, friendliness and care all outstanding. Comfortable, charming, beautifully kept place. Couldn't ask for a better host and stay

We had a lovely room although small. Bed was small but really really comfortable. Really enjoyed the self serve breakfast and the warm filled baps were very good.

Enjoyable stay at well located and maintained property, with friendly and helpful hosts.

Absolutely a pleasing stay with a "nothing too much trouble" policy. As I said in the Guest book....Nathan the owner...host with the most.
