CHILDREN WELCOME! Cot, high-chair, toys available :) Everything will be professionally cleaned and sanitized for your stay!
This is a new listing on this platform, but we've had guests stay with us for the past 4 years with A..Bnb and have been very happy with the apartment.
Recently refurbished 2 bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Spacious kitchen fully equiped. Hardwood flooring and central heating. Cable TV and Wi-fi internet available. Large flat screen 52' HD TV in the living room and smaller one in the bedroom. A large DVD selection. Custom furnishings. Second bedroom sleeps 1 or 2 depending on your needs. Large sofa bed in the living room. Lots of light and very airy so you won't be missing the AC. With elevator and private parking. Clean, neat and quiet home we'd love you to experience. Professionally cleaned before and after each arrival. If you have a baby or a toddler we can provide you with a cot which fits comfortably in the main bedroom.
Well insulated building keeps the apartment cool in the Summertime. Lots of plants in the apartment and on the balcony which you are requested to water daily if possible.
Walk to the stores, supermarket, restaurants, bars, pubs, museums, theatres, the river and Tivoli park. On the bus line with city bike rentals acound the corner.
We rent frequently ourselves and can interact as much or as little as you'd wish.
