- LOFT SLEEPING AREA with a queen-size bed and a chest of drawers;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, washing machine/dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, clothes rack, air conditioning and heating via split-system A/C only (1 split unit in the living area), travel cot.



Note: The two areas are not soundproofed from one another, and there are no doors separating them.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the renowned Goldoni Theatre and Piazza della Vittoria, better known as “Piazza Magenta.”

A 15-minute walk across the canal to Piazza della Repubblica (the largest square-bridge in Europe) takes you to the Fortezza Nuova and the charming Venezia Nuova area.

From Piazza della Repubblica, you can access Via Grande, Livorno’s main shopping street. From here, in just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Central Market designed by architect Buontalenti, one of Italy’s largest and oldest indoor markets, where you can find fresh, local products.
