Très bien, propre, je recommande

Je suis arrivé tard, la réception était fermée mais il y a un système de boite avec un code qui permet de récupérer les clés en appelant la réception, et en plus la personne parlait français. De l'extérieur, le bâtiment ne ressemble pas à un hôtel. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse, au calme, et climatisée. Il n'y a pas de parking, il faut se garer dans une rue. J'étais en moto donc j'ai trouvé assez facilement un parking pour les motos, mais si vous êtes en voiture, ça doit être plus compliqué. Le petit déjeuner est très léger, très simple mais pour 63€ la nuit avec petit déjeuner, on ne peut pas tout avoir.

Ho soggiornato recentemente per una notte in questa struttura in occasione di un avvenimento sportivo a Livorno.La camera non era eccessivamente grande ma era molto pulita,in ogni caso x un breve soggiorno va più che bene....unica pecca il bagno , piuttosto piccolo e privo di bidet.la nostra camera dava sulla strada ma era comunque silenziosa, difficile trovare il parcheggio,anche se nei pressi c'è una piazza dove poter parcheggiare.Molto grazioso il cortile interno dove poter anche fare colazione!

Ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene, Maria molto carina e disponibile, le camere super pulite e carine... la terrazza all'esterno è davvero carina. Il problema principale per quanto mi riguarda è la colazione fino alle 9:30, se sono in vacanza non sempre mi sveglio presto... il primo giorno siamo stato chiamati per essere avvisati e ci siamo sbrigati per rientrare nei tempi, il secondo giorno eravamo molto stanchi perché eravamo tornati tardi da un concerto e abbiamo perso la colazione... niente di grave perché comunque abbiamo facilmente rimediato andando in un bar, e comunque prima che andassimo via la signora ci ha chiesto se volessimo portare qualcosa con noi, però ecco, di solito almeno fino alle 10:30 le altre strutture la consentono la colazione. Nel complesso un bel soggiorno però

The pictures are deceiving the Inn is inside a big building. There is no parking space in this area at night and during the day you have to pay for street parking. Once you are inside the Inn is really homey. I enjoyed the bedding. Only complaint would be that I couldn't control the temperature in the room. I was hot in the morning and I couldn't open the window.

Nice stay

The room was really nice, cosy and clean. I would recommend this stay to friends and family. The city is nice to walk around, the restaurants in the area are top! Wifi in the room has great connectivity! Only negative is that the airco is 5euro per day extra.

la struttura è stata ristrutturata recentemente quindi è nuova. Non è concepibile non avere nessuno alla reception e tantomeno non rispondere al cellulare segnalato sulla targhetta d'ingresso del B&B. per un caso fortuito è entrato nel palazzo un altro condomino che ha contattato direttamente il proprietario. Dopo aver atteso per pìù 45 minuti si è presentata l'addetta alla reception che invece di scusarsi ci ha comunicato che non aveva posto, non aveva nessuna prenotazione a nostro nome, di non preoccuparsi che in qualche maniera ci avrebbe sistemato. Roba da matti. Non lo consiglio a nessuno.
