- BATHROOM with a bathtub, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket Wi-Fi with 200 GB, independent heating, fans (one portable and one ceiling fan in the bedroom), hair dryer, clothesline, and iron.

The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Area description

The apartment is located in a central area, ideally situated for getting around the city easily—both on foot and via public transport.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the city’s main waterfront promenade leading to the sea, and in just a 9-minute walk, you’ll arrive in Livorno’s historic centre.

An 18-minute walk across the canal to Piazza della Repubblica (the largest square-bridge in Europe) takes you to the Fortezza Nuova and the charming Venezia Nuova area.

From Piazza della Repubblica, you can access Via Grande, Livorno’s main shopping street. From here, in just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Central Market designed by architect Buontalenti, one of Italy’s largest and oldest covered markets, where you can find fresh, local products.
