Great staff, very nice facilities/room, convenient location, walkable town, beautiful setting, ample nearby eating/drinking options. All in all fantastic experience. I will say it would get crowded if multiple cruise ships were in port with thousands of folks walking about or using public transport - so just check the port schedule and plan accordingly.

Everything was great, spacious rooms, balcony and hot tub was a bonus. Maybe just put a comfortable topper on the bed, otherwise the best place thank you

The hotel was very charming, the room was amazing with a great patio with hot tub! The pool was perfect, nice and warm and quiet! We were only there for a night but it was a great stop over on our trip!

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. It is in a perfect location in Lavorno, right in a charming part of town. The room was super and the service excellent. Our ferry was delayed and they waited for us to get in - past their operating hours.

Love in Livorno
This place is amazing, and do close to the center of everything in Livorno. I could not believe how convenient this hotel is, and the whole building looked like it had just been renovated to an amazing standard. The room was like an apartment with s kitchen and separate living and sleeping rooms with a tv in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was huge with all the convenient amenities and everything felt so comfortable. I wish I could have stay for two or three more nights. One if my favourite parts is the swimming pool, I had the whole pool and the gym completely to myself and it was such a magical experience. The staff were so helpful and I could not believe what amazing value for money this place is. Definitely one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in.

Amazing stay
We had a lovely stay - our apartment was amazing! There was a hot tub in the living room, and a big screen tv to watch from the tub. Very luxurious

Charming place with an abundance of good facilties
This place is an apartment hotel venue and the apartment is huge! It was a great bonus to have all that space and a kitchen yet to be right on the edge of everything in Livorno. The facilities were top quality with great bed, nice linen and a good TV. I think I left my Netflix signed in so enjoy! The place has a pool which was very private as not many used it. You can use a washer for €5 which included detergent etc, not a bargain but useful and far cheaper than a hotel would be. Staff are very charming and helped out when asked.

A real gem of a place, free from tourist crowds.
We loved the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Access to free bicycles at any time was a real bonus, touring the city by the ocean on bike paths.

Great place to stay look no further
Great location if catching ferry or 1st timers. Huge 2 bedroom apartment. Super clean. And the bed was so comfortable it was like being at home,sorry we had to leave early. Reception girls were lovely and organised an early breakfast. Easy walk to main area and water front 1/2 hour. Good wifi

Lovely property. Very clean and loads of room. Close to town centre. Some great food venues. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking not great but expected in a seaside area. Pisa 10 mins away and Florence 1 hr away. Would definitely go back. Thanks

Not enough superlatives to describe the high quality of provisions, services, facilities, presentations, client relations, generosity and kindness of all involved in the running of this super-hotel, in particular the management and all this came with a big smile on top! Much more than it was expected in all aspects and I cannot say enough thank you, for the wonderful experience we had there! We shall go back as soon as possible!

Highly recommended!
Fantastic apartment would highly recommend. Absolutely incredible location near great restaurants and bars. The room (top floor with hottub) was immaculate, spacious and really well presented. The hottub was a reward to a day of walking around Livorno taking in the stars with a bottle of Tuscan red. The receptionist was helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Thanks!!

Spotless and stylish apartment in trendy 'Venezia'
Absolutely superb brand new modern apartment (converted quay warehouse most probably) in the centre of the happening Venice district. Wonderful rainfall shower, internet TV etc. Lovely friendly staff (owners I think) who even made me a capuccino before I left. The beautiful and very stylish indoor pool was a bonus. Lots of trendy bars and eateries in the area too. A superb if too-brief stay in this port city on the up. Flawless.

Mycket trevligt!
Fint och trevligt hotell precis vid kanalen. Bodde i en stor lägenhet med balkong med utsikt mot kanalen. Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fräscha rum och gemensamma utrymmen. Mycket trevlig pool, bastu och gym. Bra läge och mycket prisvärt. Skulle absolut komma tillbaka.

En underbar vistelse i Livorno!
Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Agave in citta! Vi och våra två små barn trivdes väldigt bra i en stor lägenhet som vi blivit uppgraderade till. Servicen från receptionen var hela tiden utmärkt och vi fick även hjälp med att skicka saker som vi glömt till vårat nästa hotell på resan. Utöver detta var poolen en stor succé hos våra barn. Kan varmt rekommendera en vistelse här!

Une nuit de passage dans la ville Portuaire. Hotel au Top, à tout point de vue (accueil, service, niveau de game, petit déjeuner...): très bonne adresse, rien à redire. Déçus par la ville de Livorno...En revanche, accès très facile à Pise par le train.

Amazing top floor apartment with a jacuzzi on the balcony under the stars. Very clean and neat place that was perfect for a family of four. Common pool area on the ground floor that was bookable for privacy (corona safety) and greatly appreciated by all. Walking distance to great restaurants. Superfriendly and helpful staff that helped with parking, bakeries and more. Too bad we only stayed one night. :)

Sehr zentral im „Venezia Nuova“ Viertel gelegen, viele Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Ganzes Haus sehr sauber. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Kleines aber gut ausgestattetes Gym. Fahrräder können kostenlos ausgeliehen werden. Können wir für jegliche Reisen - Familie od. Business - wärmstens empfehlen.
