"This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough."

"There was a colony of spiders in our bed room that we found out in due time and requested a different room which they obliged; other than that it was a good stay "

"When we arrived at the lodge, the staff at reception seemed didn't know I had an online booking and the room wasn't ready. Waited 45 minutes to enter the room after a long drive. There was no hot water because the hot water heater "geezer" was off. (Staff didn't advise us if this when we arrived). It was switched on and waited 30 minutes and only got luke warm water for our 2 day stay. I told staff and nothing was done until the last day. Ordered complimentary breakfast and it took 30 minutes and there were no other guests ordering. The staff were arguing with each other about work in front of us (My partner speaks Bemba). We arrived back at the lodge after 10 pm and the door and gate to park the car was locked. Fortunately a staff member appeared out of nowhere and let us in. There is no communication between staff and guests and I asked to speak with the manager but he/she was never there. Asked for the number to call the manager and the phone wasn't answered. Staff were rude and expect the quests to understand the rule by magic!"

"Pleasant lodge with about 10 rooms, located in a quiet area away from busy streets. Lobby and gardens have much interesting art. There is an on-site restaurant, serving mostly meat, but also a tasty vegan stir-fry with rice for $12USD. Some rooms look out over the pool. Outside bar area. It is located a 5 minute walk from the intercity bus station, but is too far to walk from the bridge at Victoria Falls - a taxi is about $10USD. Easy 15-minute walk to shopping area with ATM and bureau de change. "
