Vintage Condo - The Livingston House: Modern Luxury & Vintage Charm

Vintage luxury in downtown Livingston, MT!

Perfectly appointed 2 BR/2.5 BA masterpiece is located in the original "Mill House" (circa 1890) & was professionally restored to perfection in 2007.

Two levels provide spacious luxury accommodations complete with original hardwood floors & historic features.

The main level provides a large living space, kitchen & half bath. Upstairs includes 2 BR + 2 bath with a private master ensuite with a jacuzzi tub & large walk-in shower.

The Mill House was first built in the 1890's & established as the Livingston Lumber Company.

A vintage vibe of your condo, aptly named the 'Livingston House', wraps the exterior of the property & as you enter in to the private courtyard (only four privately owned condos share this beautiful green space), remnants of a bygone era set the stage for a truly unique vacation experience.

Your condo, located on the second level, welcomes you home to over 1,600 sq. feet of luxury living. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap the main floor in sunlight.

Cook meals in style with the fully stocked kitchen, saddle up to the bar on custom stools & relax on the Montana-inspired leather furniture and enjoy a great movie on Netflix.

Working from home? A dedicated desk space with a prime view of your private courtyard coupled with high speed internet makes your workday joyful!

Head upstairs to two perfectly appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed and cozy linens. The Master Bedroom invites you to a enjoy a book in a window-lit reading area. Enjoy the large jacuzzi tub & walk-in shower of your private master oasis.

A dedicated laundry space complete with vintage doors makes your stay effortless! A separate full bath rounds out the upper level.

Private alley parking (plus street parking) makes arriving at the Livingston House simple. Walk or ride your bike to downtown Livingston's eclectic shops & world-class restaurants.

Bozeman is a quick 35 minute drive and Yellowstone National Park is a scenic 60 minute drive from Livingston.

This is by far our best condo/townhouse experience. The property was immaculate, decorated with awesome taste-great room encompassing gourmet kitchen and in town. Livingston to fun. Only improvement might be another TV master. That said, it forces our crew to practice our negotiating skillls, play games and disengage from TV. Highly recommend!!

Livingston Charm

Vintage Luxury is the title of this property and so appropriate! The owners had everything we needed (including bear spray!) and then some. The decor was beautiful. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had every dish &/or item we needed! We walked everywhere we wanted to go within the town. Easy driving to river floats, hot springs, Bozeman, and Yellowstone. Helpful hint: If you want to eat the best Italian food I've ever had, go to Campione. You will need a reservation and it is worth it. They book reservations the month before wanting to dine and they sell out every single day. Highly recommend this property!

Charming condo in downtown Livingston

We enjoyed a fabulous visit to Livingston and could not have chosen a more convenient, nicely appointed, and perfect home away from home. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay ( I could have left a few things at home had I realized how much thought and detail the owners put into this listing ). It was super clean and comfy. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen , enjoyed quiet time in the courtyard, and walked into town multiple times. The condo was very convenient to all our planned outdoor activities too. Thank you for opening your home to us-we had a great stay!!

Livingston: A Rare Find!

Decided to stay in Livingston instead of the busy Bozeman area. We were pleasantly surprised by all the historic buildings in downtown, so many great places to eat, beautiful hikes nearby, and the quiet small town feel of Livingston. We hiked to Pine Creek Falls just about 30 minutes away, combed the banks of Yellowstone River hunting for agates, and walked all over downtown enjoying the great shops and amazing restaurants. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and restored to look like part of the original lumber company buildings at the front of the property. The grassy courtyard had a secret garden feel and gave us a nice private outdoor area to relax in the evenings. We had everything we needed and the place was spotless. We will definitely book again the next time we are in the Livingston area.

Perfect Livingston Vacation Rental

Completely equipped condo in the historic center of the city . It is spacious , pristine and comfortable . Nicole was great when my daughter was evacuated from her home and needed a place to stay with her pets . She was gracious and quick to respond , thank you . My daughter is the owner of two local restaurants and I will stay there each year .

Truly home away from home

We traveled with our grown daughters and the place couldn’t have been better. Very nicely outfitted and decorated home. It was so home feeling, we expected to find owners clothes in closets! The location allowed to walk to all restaurants/shops/bars in downtown Livingston, which in itself is a great small-town. Easy drive to Bozeman, and although Yellowstone was closed for flooding, plenty to do without it. Paradise Valley is incredible. Highly recommend this location.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. Nicole, the property manager was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. We loved everything about this property and the location. Quick trips to Chico and Bozeman Hot Springs. A great day of walking around town and enjoying all the great shops. Anytime we go to Livingston this will be the first place I try and book. I can’t wait to stay there again!

Beautiful, upscale decor cozy loft.. had everything we needed. Walk to all downtown. Just an hour drive from Yellowstone. Great and easy check in process. Just such a great stay. Loved this downtown loft! Would love so much to come back.
