Stunning views right on the Majestic Yellowstone River!

  • Welcome to Yellow Rock River Ranch in Paradise Valley, Montana! This roomy 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home sits right on the edge of the beautiful Yellowstone River. The second level boasts the master bedroom, kitchen, dining, and living room; surrounded by vaulted windows and a wrap around deck that give way to fantastic views of the mountains and river. The second level master bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The first level downstairs has two private bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and the other has two twin-on-twin bunk bed and a full-on-full bunk bed) and a shared full bath. Each bedroom has its own access from the outside porch. There is a downstairs media/game room with a second fridge. High chair and a pack-n-play available. The laundry room has a washer and dryer to meet your family's needs during your stay.

    Relax out on the huge second level deck to enjoy expansive scenic views, watch the wildlife, and wave to the fishermen, boaters, and floaters as they drift down the Yellowstone.
    Bring your waders! With direct Yellowstone River access at the south end of the property and 1000 + feet of walkable river frontage, Yellow Rock River Ranch (YRRR) can't be beat for its "right in your own backyard" fly fishing experience!
    YRRR is centrally located just 16 miles south of the town of Livingston and 37 miles north of the 'North Entrance' of Yellowstone National Park. The town of Emigrant, only a few miles south, has a gas station, general store, post office, bakery, BBQ, the Old Saloon, and a fly fishing shop.
    There is something here for everyone! From fine dining, museums, live music, Chico Hot Springs & Spa, and Sage Lodge, to hiking, hunting, fishing, zip lining, star gazing and more!
    -YRRR is a one hour drive from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.
    -YRRR is 45 miles from Bridger Bowl for great winter sports or summer hiking.

This is the perfect place for getting away from it all and relaxing next to the soothing sound of the Yellowstone River flowing past your deck with a beautiful mountain range in the background. The location is perfect, close to Yellowstone Park as well as Bozeman and activities in the Gallatin Gateway.

Fantastic Stay

Perfect place for a larger group looking to split time between Livingston, Bozeman and Yellowstone. The scenery is stunning and the backyard view literally looks lifted from a postcard. Can’t recommend it enough!

Great Spot for Group!

We stayed with 7 adults and it was very comfortable. Beautiful property and interior as well. Had everything we needed and more. Owners were great to deal and very responsive. The location was perfect for Yellowstone, Bozeman, and Livingston. Would definitely come back again - everyone loved it!

This stunning home was a dream vacation. Perfectly located btw Livingston and Yellowstone Park right on the Yellowstone River. We loved waking up each morning to the beautiful sunrise and snow capped mountains. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for our month long stay. Our host lived nearby and was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. Our dogs lived their very best lives drinking from the river and playing with the horses and dogs next door. We had family visit while we were there and there was plenty of room and everything we needed to accomodate them. They were all able to build life long memories from this wonderful home. Be sure to get in some fly fishing, horseback riding, visits to the Old Saloon and Emigrant Outpost, nice dinner at Chicos and Yellowstone Lodge, bingo at Pine Creek lodge, shopping in Bozeman as well as a visit to the museum. We highly recommend this home and its wonderful host!

This place was magical. We stayed with our three children 5-7-10. We fished. We hiked. We visited Yellowstone 3 times. Location and amenities were outstanding. We will be back!

Perfection on the Yellowstone

Brooke and Peter are wonderful hosts and their home is gorgeous. The time or two we needed help, Brooke was responsive and helpful. The home is spacious and the pictures don’t do the view justice. Highly recommend it as a family reunion location and hope to rebook in the not too distant future!

Perfect house, beautiful location

We loved everything about our trip to the Yellow Rock River Ranch. The location was exactly what we wanted: close enough to bozeman, livingston and yellowstone but also far enough away where we could feel like we were getting away from it all. We saw and did alot of wonderful things but honestly just hanging out at the house, sitting on the deck looking at the mountains and river was as good as anything. It was awesome having a ranch next door and being able to feed the horses as well. A+, we'll be back.

Just what we needed.

My husband and I try to take at least one long weekend trip with our grown children and grandchildren, and decided we wanted to be close to Yellowstone National Park this time. The house, yard and river were amazing. The view from the dining room table was second to none. We had a bon fire every night and just enjoyed the great outdoors. It was a short drive to get to Yellowstone, and on the way back we stopped at Yellowstone Hot Springs, which was a perfect way to end the day. Wonderful, wonderful weekend.

Heaven on the Yellowstone River

This is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The hosts were easy and accommodating. The house itself has everything you could want. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with pots/pans and so many spices and cooking items. They also thoughtfully added a pack n play, baby items and gates for anyone with young kids. Our kids (6 & 8) loved watching the horses next door and running around the property. It was so peaceful to sit on the deck and read and listen to the river. You're 35 mins away from Yellowstone, making it the perfect location. We will absolutely stay again! It was heaven on the Yellowstone!

Magical

It’s hard to describe just how amazing this property is. From the minute we drove up the driveway, we knew it would be a magical week! The house was perfectly suited for the two families (4 adults, 5 kids 11 and under). And the property and background…..just incredible! Location was spectacular. And the icing on the cake was our 5 horse neighbors and dogs and cats that’s visited us too! Some unbelievable memories were made for life this last week. Thank you both 🙏

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time staying here and none of wanted to leave! We came to celebrate for my 25th birthday and the house was perfect for all of us and everywhere we went. Yellowstone Stay

We stayed here with our parents while visiting Yellowstone. The home had great views and all the amenities as described. The deck area was a nice viewing spot for birds and wildlife on the river.
