Spanning two levels, this condo features spacious and sophisticated living areas, original hardwood floors, historical touches and an abundance of natural light. From your fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area, venture upstairs for a good night's sleep, a hot shower, or even a relaxing jacuzzi bath in the master suite.

Experience all of the restored charm and ambience in the private courtyard, a space shared with just three other exclusive condos. Located on the second floor, your Serendipity House boasts over 1,600 square feet of luxurious living space, flooded with natural light from expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped and an open space for meal preparation and dining. You can even catch the sunrise over the downtown buildings from the living area.

Head upstairs to find two comfortable bedrooms, one featuring two twin beds, and the master with a comfortable queen, and both spaced equipped with SMART TVs.

A convenient laundry area with vintage doors enhances your living experience, and an additional full bath rounds out the upper level.

Your condo comes with a designated parking space in the lot across from the Mill House on 2nd St. Loading and unloading in the alley is permitted, however please avoid parking there.

Enjoy a leisurely walk downtown to discover Livingston’s unique shops and exceptional dining options.

For a quick excursion, Bozeman is just a 30 minute drive to the west, and the stunning landscapes of Yellowstone National Park are accessible in about an hour.

Twice as nice!

This is our second time staying at Serendipity House and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Amanda is a delight to work with and always proactive in handling any potential matters - such as parking. The unit is very clean, comfortable and convenient to all of Livingston and the greater Yellowstone Area. We love the walkability to town!
