Enjoy easy access to this welcoming, very clean cedar log home in Montana’s majestic Paradise Valley! We are on the doorstep of Yellowstone National Park and just a short drive south of historic downtown Livingston, Montana. The home boasts a well-manicured lawn with mature trees, fantastic views of Emigrant Peak (el. 10,926 feet), and access to Yellowstone River and its exceptional fishing and abundant recreation opportunities.

The home features two bedrooms- one with a beautifully framed queen-sized bed and one with charming full/twin bunk beds that kids will adore! A fully furnished kitchen and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer provide all of the comforts of home. The living room features a welcoming stone gas fireplace, a large smart TV, and comfortable seating. A full sleeper sofa is available in the living room; an ideal alternative sleeping arrangement for a second adult party.

Look for the locally discovered fossils, shells, and petrified wood hidden throughout the stonework of the inviting gas fireplace! The vaulted ceilings, high windows, and mountain views enhance your comfort in this home.

A small bar top with two stools separates the living room from the meticulously clean and fully supplied kitchen complete with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, regular coffee maker, toaster, and cookware, dinnerware, flatware, and glassware.

Outdoor, the Trout House hosts a propane BBQ grill. Host your cookout on the spacious lawn adjacent to Paradise Ranch Retreat’s Moose Horn Lodge (a separate home that sleeps 6), which is available to rent with the Trout House. Note that this listing is to reserve the Trout House only - perfect for groups up to 6 people.

The proud Montana native owners regularly update household items, including comfy-cozy bedding, cookware, linens, and towels.

The Trout House is one of Paradise Ranch Retreat’s two cedar log homes in the heart of Paradise Valley. It is rurally located four miles from the town of Emigrant, Montana, which sits between the majestic and picturesque Absaroka and Gallatin Mountain Ranges. Emigrant hosts a gas station, a well-stocked convenience store, post office, WildFlour Bakery, Follow Ur Nose BBQ, the Old Saloon, Livery Stable, and Angler's West Fly Fishing shop.

We have a variety of lodging options for Paradise Valley Vacation Rentals. Paradise Ranch Retreat’s Moose Horn Lodge sleeps six and is available separately, or both homes are available as Paradise Ranch Retreat.

This area offers remarkably high-quality food, libation, experiences, and entertainment options where you can enjoy a Yellowstone cabin rental experience, without the resort fee!

Sage Lodge luxury fly-fishing resort is just a few miles away.
