"Lovely, helpful staff. Nice room's. One bathroom was old and just old... The second room had a nice, clean bath. Deck furniture was grubby, but I assume all upholstery is generally grubby, carpet too. Outside foliage had died and been cut back, so all the trash was visable. We cleaned it up ourselves. That grossed me out a little... There is access to the pool deck from the street and the beach, so folks are marching in with their chairs, umbrellas, coolers, strollers etc., and hogging all the chairs. Even got up early to save a chair, and alas...If I were a sunworshiper I'd have gone ballistic! Surprisingly good food at the poolside bar with excellent service and big(expensive) drinks. Great beach views, almost got swept out to sea. Don't recommend for kids or the weak swimmer. I give it a 5 for staff and a 3 for maintainance."

"My husband and I travel to Daytona several times a year. We booked Perry's because the price on Expedia was inexpensive for an Oceanfront suite with a full kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised with the room and the resort. Parking was free which is nice for the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating."

"This hotel no longer has a complimentary happy hour. The elevator was broken for at least 4 hours, and the poolside Tiki bar had been torn down. The staff said they did not have adjoining rooms when they did, and I had booked 2 adjacent rooms 2 weeks in advance, but when I checked in, they didn't have any available rooms adjacent to each other."

"Overall, we loved this house. Warning: this house is not for people with mobility issues. Even the 1st floor bedroom you have to step down into. First floor full bath is on the otherside of the house from the 1st floor bedroom. On the second floor, the bathroom is a Jack and Jill that you access from either the bedroom with the king bed, or the bedroom with the queen bed. Anyone sleeping in the bunk bed room has to go through someone's bedroom to go to the bathroom, or they have to go downstairs. Host company is super responsive. There were a few small issues that I emailed them about after we arrived and walked through the property. They responded back within minutes and all the issues were corrected. Kitchen is huge, and the extra fridge next to the 1st floor bedroom came in handy. My brother's family stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment over the garage, and it was nice that there is another kitchen up there. The views of the beach and the ocean are awesome from this house. Publix and other stores are really close, so location is perfect. If you want to eat out somewhere with great food, we recommend Crabby's Oceanside a couple miles up the beach. We would definitely consider this house again if we have another big family get together."

"Beach access was convenient. Pool area and pool was clean and kept up well. The hotel was well air conditioned. It was a little strange that people would walk around without sandals or shoes in the hotel so it would be nice that there was a policy about not being barefoot in the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre but the coffee was fresh and hot."
