Facing the church, the former presbytery has been converted into 2 adjoining and independent gîtes. The town is located in a tourist site 8km from the motorway (Vaiges), 7km from Sainte Suzanne, a small town of character, 7km from Evron (all shops). Small body of water below the gîte. Unfenced land.
Fishing in public water bodies (trout, white fish, predatory fish) from March to September; card required, €5 per day, or weekly card €20, €2 for under 12s. Your accommodation includes: Ground floor: living room 24m² - equipped kitchen 10m² - a bathroom with shower and sink - separate toilet - a bedroom with a 140cm bed. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a 140cm bed; a bedroom with 2 single beds - bathroom with sink and toilet (no shower in this bathroom).
Wifi, TV and telephone. Accepted animals.
Baby equipment on request: travel cot - baby high chair - child high chair
Heating provision of 15€/night from November 1 to March 30 AND depending on the need for heating during the stay, electricity on meter reading (to be paid to the owner)
Deposit of €300 required. PAYMENT by CHECK payable to the PUBLIC TREASURY (the owner being a community).
Included: kitchen linen - Electricity 8kWh/day, beyond this to be paid to the owner

At Vaiges, exit n°2 on the A81 motorway, take the direction of Evron, for 8 km to arrive at Livet en Charnie. The gîte is located in the small town of Livet, opposite the church, a former presbytery. On GPS just put LIVET (53150)
