This property has two modern bathrooms. Shampoo and Shower gel are available on site.

There is a parking space directly outside the property.

HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

*No Parties or Events Allowed - £2000
This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.

*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.

*No Smoking Indoors: £500 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £500 charge will be applied to cover deep cleaning and damage.

*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.

*Stays Over 10 Nights
Additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee.

*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.

*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/hour

*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
A refundable security deposit of £250, OR
A non-refundable damage waiver of £39
