"I stayed in this hotel during a recent 2-day break to Liverpool, and I was very impressed by the standard of the property. Upon my arrival I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who informed me that I'd been upgraded to a deluxe room, which was an unexpected surprise. With this upgrade I was given a voucher entitling me to 200% off food and drink purchased in the hotel throughout my stay. Needless to say that I took advantage of this offer and I'm very glad that I did, as the food and service in both the Seven Seas Brasserie and the Castaway Bar were second to none. It is with this in mind that I rate this hotel a 5/5 property and I will be back. "

"Lovely clean cosy room with a Beatles vibe and comfy bed. Could do with decaf teabags as well as coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was very nice, everything fresh and hot. Great location, very central. Would definitely stay here again. 😊👍"
