"Parking is not on site - it’s a good 5. Minute walk away at the NCP parking. I opted for a closer one and paid the little more. The American sounding receptionist is useless and isn’t interested in helping or has any knowledge of the city. Room is adequate. No tea coffee or kettle in room"

"Lovely hotel with extremely comfortable beds and clean facilities. Slightly let down by the chaotic scenes trying to get a coffee at the breakfast buffet. Machine both days either running out of milk or needing to empty the discarded ground coffee, resulting in long queues and puzzled customers. The delicious granola I had on the first day wasn’t available on the second day which was disappointing. Overall a good hotel that could improve the breakfast experience with more attention to detail."

"Position of hotel is excellent for getting around the city centre. Clean room, a minor mishap in the en-suite but staff dealt with it quickly when reported. Overall it was a lovely stay and quiet and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."
