Unfortunately the check in was problematic as we did not have a cottage as expected on our first night and there was disturbance from other guests at our drive up room in all fairness we were put in a separate cottage the remaining 2 nights which made the stay more convenient A deep cleaning of the facility would be highly recommended Shelburne area was beautiful and central to our visit to a lot of the local beaches , towns and tourist attractions

Nice area, easily walkable to town center. Nice pool. Great deck on our two bedroom cottage with table, chairs, BBQ. Bedrooms were large. Kitchen was a bit cramped and the bathroom is right off the kitchen which was odd. Old couch was not in great shape. Ok place to stay for a night or two.

Warm and quiet

This is a pretty little town, and it looked especially nice with the holiday lights and snow. My place was cozy and pleasant. It is so nice and quiet in the winter.

This property had recently been renovated and it was large and very very clean . Big TV .. Big Fridge .. microwave .. coffee maker and real coffee cups and glasses not plastic . The owner lives on site so very very easy to get anything if you need it . Location was perfect close to town although we didn’t use the pool it is huge ..! Definitely will be returning

Wow, such a neat little spot.

Plenty of great potential here. Owner is awesome and hardworking. The area is nice and peaceful. We even had some friendly deer visitors. A few minor wear and tear around the cottage but such a great place to relax.

only complaint about the property was it wasn't overly clean. lovely location, good value for the money. there were various webs in rooms, dust on furniture, bbq was available but in rough shape. room was spacious, lots of room throughout the cottage and quiet area to stay.

Property was clean and room spacious. There was coffee and maker but no creamer or sugar in room. King size bed with clean bedding put only two pillows. It was an ok stay in an average property. We would likely go back if we were in the area for a night.
